Let's Do THIS!
When you vape you're inhaling straight up TOXINS! Skip it and quit being nic sic! Tell your family & friends you're ditching vape. Quitting can be tough—so ask for support—especially during the first 4 or 5 days when withdrawl and cravings will be the worst. Get rid of ALL vape products or anything that might make you think of using them. Use the Four D's to fight cravings:
- Delay (the urge to vape will pass – really)
- Deep breathe (3, 5 or 10 – whatever it takes)
- Drink water (chew gum or pop some mints)
- Do something (walk, go outside, do 5 push ups—take your mind off vaping)
